As a founder Local Sussex Breakfast provider, we are proud of our varied and tantalizing gourmet menu, the main ingredients of which are sourced locally where possible.
Our dairy products come from Northiam Dairy in Rye, our free range Lohmann eggs from Catsfield, and our bacon and sausages from Wickham Manor farm, Winchelsea. Our kippers and haddock are from Peter's Eastern fish shop in Hastings Old Town.
