Cancellations:
Bookings must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date.
Deposits are non-refundable, they are for a booking within the 2 day cancellation period.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 2 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation you are advised to take out Travel Insurance.
Other:
Bookings must be guaranteed by Credit, Debit or Charge Card.
At Weekends there is normally a requirement for a minimum of 2 nights stays. However please ask for availability of 1 night stays.
Standard Check-in is from 3pm (15.00) and no later than 10pm (22.00) . For pre-advised and unavoidable arrivals after 22.00 - arrangements can be put in place. For arrivals before 3pm (15.00), if the room is not ready, luggage can be stored.
Check out is by 11.00am. An extended checkout may be available by arrangement.

Pets. Although we appreciate our animal friends - pets are not allowed at Swan House.
